Cards designated below are banned or restricted
from use in official and authorized tournaments
according to tournament regulations.

In Battle Spirits, up to 3 copies of cards with the same name may normally be included in a deck.
However, in official and authorized tournament, certain cards may have additional restrictions or prohibitions regarding the number of copies allowed in a deck.

There are five categories of banned/restricted cards:
Banned Card / Restricted Card <1> / Restricted Card <2> / Restricted Card <20> / Ban Pair. Each category sets the maximum number of copies of cards with the same name that may be included in a deck.

Please note that cards designated as banned/restricted here may later be removed from the list depending on changes in the game environment at the time of future updates.

Regarding Banned / Restricted Cards Effective

The Battle Spirits Special Investigation Team has been researching the game balance of Battle Spirits to the best of their abilities in order for players to enjoy Battle Spirits.
In preparation of the meta for qualifiers of 「Battle Spirits Championship 26-27 Eternal」, we will be adding the following cards into the banned and limited list from 30 May 2026.
